aiks,ter-taken my x-ray while singing pula...Meet up with my koibito-chan @Chow Kit mono station.Yep,missed that smiley face all the time..went BTS ,loiter around, chit chat, had our lunch @Food and Tea Restaurant and then had a try out a sago pudding,a bowl of mango with chilled black glutinous rice & a cup of brazillian coffee@Sweet Chat near it's basement concourse area.Taste sweet as expected but ngam ngam 1 and they also offers durian pancake but 2 bad don't have any more space to slot in more foods..heee...
lately seen lotz folks like to snap fotos of their shoes...Come to think of it, been awhile since i last went into a lab..lol..(kinda prepared to get busted at the main entrance to the building as i'm like an illegal immigrant with a fake id - p/s:arigato Cik Timah Yeo... :P)
At least i accompany her to the lab as its weekend -only 1or 2 person involved in the experiment will be there ...kinda a spooky & eerie with most parts of d building not fully light up(w/end no ppl shud b there) while rumor has it that there was sum1 jump 1 of the blok before...for me,the worst u can be is filling ur head with imagination - tatz even scarier..not tat i dun believe in supernatural stuff,i do but dun go worry too much if u din go bother them,rite?...

Haihz,altho slept @4am today i felt rather energetic as got lotz of prospect meeting wif cust..Then again,things turn out 2b d other way round for me as 1 by 1 my arrangement did not work according to my plan..
Started my day wif my oyabun by having lunch @Oldtown-DP.As usual, even before taking our lunch,random brainstormin kicks in and sometimes juz plain tcss-tok cock sing song,wic I find benefits me as im able to train more on my communication skill ( it has been "hibernating" inside me since 2005-tat time,work requires me tok less,type more..lolz)
Later went to Murky Water(Air Keroh) to brief on d promo i'm currently promotin :P
Tried to get hold of d last cust ,who rearrange d appt 2 today but yet again, delayed 2 tomolo once more...sighz.. on da brite side,me & oyabun get 2 do some h/work for our future presentation ..like 1 of positive phrase, "No matter how things turn out,u can make d best of them".
It's up to ourselves to choose whether to look at it positively or otherwise..
Decided to bring along my camera in d future as there r moments to b capture n share wif ..

Non-productive start for this week after my w/end getaway to OneFoot(setapak :P) ...kinda have da tendency to alter names of places from malay to english in a direct translation, like Bear Hill(Bkt Beruang),Pineapple Hill(Bkt Nanas),etc-lazy wan type ler.. XD
Planned to shop for some polo tee last w/end but den again no sales n pocket's yet to be refill..lol..
Had njoyable time there wif mah B..one thing bout us is our appetite for Japanese food..Its like a must lar..wahaha.Newho,as soon as we had our lunch at Gasoline ,head on to GSC to watch Deception starring Hugh Jackman and Ewan McGregor .In dis movie u get to watch Jackman , play da role of a cunning,evil and merciless con man but 1 thing similar to his Wolverine character is da angry look wen he's pissed(minus da beard lar) and wen he comb his hair to imitate Ewan's character,he looks a bit like Bob Saget :D..Overall, da movie ok lar altho not much plot twist .

Dis time,had try on its curry katsu rice while B has pirikara udon and den rest of coz ,on da belt lor.gotsusama!as day turns into nite, we head back home after dapao some John King's tart for supper snacks..

Here i am stumble on another "life's road bump" again .
Realize my self doubt is quite strong at times..
Today,marks d day i started to go heavy duty on my legs as went jogging alone,at d park near my place tis evening.Although doctor told me i can resume my normal exercise but still it need time to get back to my usual shape.my right leg still has a lil' feeling of pain but has improved adi la..
Its been 2 years since i reli jogged - stamina damn low n wen i bum into long time no see frens or colleagues,they will go making remarks -"low,u look 'bigger' nowadays" and i will go "haha,no la.."
Kinda misses d muscle legs aches..hehe..
